Common questions

I've lost my card. How do I get a replacement?

To order a replacement card you need to log into your account. Once you are logged in click the link in the top left of the screen 'My Account' then click 'Replacement Cards' Replacement cards cost £5 and will take approximately 7 working days to be sent to you. The card will be delivered via the original delivery method. If you have forgotten your log in details please use the 'Forgotten Password' function on the login page of the website.

I ordered a card but it hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

The NUS extra card takes 7 working days from date of purchase to be delivered. Cards ordered via the mail order system may take slightly longer, and additional time must be allowed for the form to arrive with us through the post. Please allow up to 10 working days for cards ordered via mail order to be produced. To track the status of your card from order to arrival, logon to 'My Account'.
